SHARENA began as an impulse for colour and grew into a world for women who express themselves through the art they wear. Simona paints every piece by hand. Each one carries her signature and the promise to remain one of a kind.
About the artist
I am Simona Savova – an artist and the creator of Sharena, a place where art meets fashion, and every bag or accessory becomes a story, an emotion, a smile.
My work begins with an accessory and ends with something that cannot be completely repeated. I love the emotion embedded in the process and the smile of every woman wearing my art.
I believe that an accessory should not simply complement the look. It can tell of our character, the places we love, our dreams and the stories we carry with us.
I am inspired by mythology, female strength, nature, travel, different cultures and those small details that turn an ordinary idea into an authentic image. I love combining symbols, colours and characters until I create a composition that has its own feeling and presence.
Sharena is my way of giving freedom to my imagination and creating art that does not remain only on the wall, but sets off with you.
Every bag, wallet or accessory I create is hand-painted and one of a kind. No two works are completely alike – because every painted line carries a part of the moment in which it was created.
For me, the most beautiful thing about being an artist is the opportunity to turn ideas and emotions into something real – something that someone else will choose to carry with them and will recognise themselves in.
